Welcome to Chefs Without Mortars—a play on Doctors Without Borders...haha—clever; I know. We wanted a place to highlight a network of local chefs who don’t run their businesses in a traditional restaurant setting.
Instead, these folks are bakers, caterers, personal chefs, run food trucks, or have a consumer packaged goods product that they sell. Join us in following their journey as they take over the food entrepreneur scene by storm.
We're often contacted my private groups looking to support local chefs aspiring to have their own location one day, which is why we decided to profile chefs for hire and connect them directly with jobs. Instead of forwarding them an email, we'll actually be able to track how many jobs were provided and how much money is invested right into our foodie trailblazer ecosystem.
